From 1 August 2022, Food&Events Tapahtumaravintolat will serve you at events.

At Food&Events Tapahtumaravintolat, we will provide all the food, drinks and customer service for your event, allowing you to focus on what really matters: socialising and enjoying the atmosphere with your guests.

The offering of the restaurant services varies between events. You can find information about the offering of a given event on the event’s web pages. Our fixed restaurants are:

• Restaurant 3 (3rd floor main restaurant)
• Bravo! (hall A)
• Lungi Restaurant (hall D)

In addition to the fixed restaurants, pop-up restaurants are set up for events, the number and locations of which are planned according to the event.

Event catering according to your wishes

Food&Events Tapahtumaravintolat operates in close co-operation with Paviljonki’s sales services. Once you have booked the event space, we will plan and implement the catering according to the theme of your event and the brand of your company.

It is our mission to serve unforgettable gustatory experiences to your customers. We offer both beautifully decorated buffet tables and exquisitely finished portions delivered to the table, all according your wishes. We can also organise impressive cocktail parties either in the traditional style or according to the latest trends.

If you wish to offer something truly special, we can, among other things, use locally produced ingredients or organic products as per your request. We also carefully tailor our menus and portions to cater to everyone’s needs.

We will be happy to help you with any questions you may have regarding the catering for your event. Our sales service will help you to organize memorable events.

Food&Events offers restaurant services in Finland’s largest event houses, such as the Finnish National Opera and Ballet, Tanssin Talo Helsinki, Helsinki Ice Hall, Espoo Metro Arena, Turku Messukeskus, Sibeliustalo in Lahti, Lahti Fair Centre, Lahti Konserttitalo and the Fair and Event Centre Paviljonki in Jyväskylä.

Food&Events Tapahtumaravintolat wants to be a responsbile company, and has been granted the Avainlippu symbol and the EcoCompass environmental certificate.

The Association for Finnish Work granted the Avainlippu symbol as an indication of services produced in Finland that create jobs in Finland.

The Finnish Association for Nature Conservation granted the EcoCompass environmental certificate. The certificate is awarded to companies that understand the environmental legislation, recognise their own environmental impacts and have created a comprehensive environmental programme with targets and measures based on these.
