The halls can be divided into multiple spaces of various sizes, and auditoriums and meeting rooms are conveniently located under the same roof.

A special feature of our versatile venue is the unique, adaptable auditorium, which can be quickly divided into three independent spaces for 300, 600, or 1,200 participants. The hall spaces can accommodate meetings for even thousands of attendees.
Paviljonki offers comprehensive services for entertainment event organizers. Organizing is easy when you can manage all the event details through a single contact person.
In Encore Hall, you can host entertainment events in either a 600- or 1,200-seat setup. The Encore concert package includes:
- Encore Hall configured according to your schedule (600 or 1,200 seats), dressing rooms, performers’ lounge, and concession stand.
- Staffing: auditorium assistants, necessary security personnel, cloakroom staff, and Paviljonki Info services.
- Show technology: PA system (auditorium speakers, amplifiers, and processor) and auditorium lighting (front lights including profile and Fresnel fixtures with dimmers).
- Marketing package
At Paviljonki Arena, you can host a large-scale show experience! The arena space can be adapted from Paviljonki’s halls to accommodate audiences of up to 5,000 people.
We will plan the technical setup required for your event together with you. Paviljonki has its own performance technology, but you are also welcome to bring your own equipment.
