ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS

Electrical connections include electricity consumption. Delivery on the last day of construction by 2:00 PM. Electrical connections and installations are carried out by Sähköveijarit Oy.

*If the electrification information for the exhibition stand is not available to us 14 days before the start of the exhibition or the stand is located in an outdoor area, increased + 30% prices will be used.

Sähköveijarit Oy is responsible for the electrical work in the area and the stands. The customer is responsible for their own display equipment. The prices include the stand’s electrification and inspection fee. Sähköveijarit Oy will charge for work and supplies not included in the price list according to the guide prices. The exhibitor undertakes to replace damaged or lost rental furniture for its full value.

INTERNET CONNECTION

Paviljonki has a free WLAN network, Paviljonki Guest, which can be used without a password. The network may become congested during large events. If stable operation of the internet connection and data security are important, we recommend a fixed connection for the stand.

It is possible to share a fixed connection, for example, with stand’s own WLAN network.

An installation drawing must be attached to the order for a fixed connection.

Please provide the connection placement instructions at the stand when ordering.

Orders must be placed no later than 14 days before the start of the event. Faster deliveries, so-called express deliveries, are agreed separately depending on the work situation. The cost of express delivery is + 30% of the normal price of the service.

Deliveries will take place during the construction period of the fair, no later than 2:00 p.m. on the last construction day.

Telecommunications connections and rental equipment for the fair will be provided by TNNet and Jyväskylän Messut Oy.

The connection will be delivered in accordance with TNNet’s general terms and conditions for telecommunications services and special terms and conditions for data services.

STAND CLEANING

Stand cleaning includes:

• construction cleaning, excluding the removal of large pieces of wood and large debris that has to be carried by more than one person
• removal of protective plastic from the carpets of the stands
• cleaning of floors, countertops, chairs and doors after the exhibition day
• emptying of waste bins daily and if necessary (when called)
• final cleaning of the stand after the end of the fair, when the exhibits/structures have been dismantled

One-time cleaning during the event 71 €/ h, minimum charge 1 h.

Valid VAT will be added to all prices.

If you are cleaning your stand yourself, you can order just the removal of protective plastic from the carpet for your stand at the following price:

under 25m2 24 €
26m2 -100m2 71 €
101m2 -800m2 71 € + 0.30 € /m2
801m2 and larger on a case-by-case basis

We recommend placing your order at least two weeks before the event, as we can only offer a limited number of post-order cleaning services. We will add 30% to the price of post-orders.

The floor of the halls can only be fixed with tape that can be removed without leaving any marks, e.g. Eurocel 704, www.eurocel.it. Tape can be purchased from Paviljonki’s lobby information/trade fair office. If the tape you use leaves marks on the floor, we will charge you or your stand builder for the cleaning costs.

AIR, WATER AND SEWAGE

To be agreed separately with the exhibition technology. Sewage is not possible in all our premises.

In addition, we charge 50 €/ h for connecting the connections. The number of working hours required to build the connection depends on the location of the stand, among other things.

Orders must be placed with Jyväskylän Messut Oy at least 5 weeks before the event. Orders placed after this time will be charged a 30% higher price.
